Stephen F Austin State University Livestock Show Team Needs

We are in a rebuilding year for our Show Team at Stephen F Austin State University here in Nacogdoches TX.  All that is provided for us are the animals to show and feed.  Entry Fees, Grooming Supplies, Travel Money, Hotel Cost, etc all must be provided by club members.  Our Show Team exhibits Beef Cattle, Breeding Swine, and Registered Boer Goats. Over the years our Beef Team has exhibited Red Maine's for an outside breeder, Angus from our own herd, and this fall our show string will be Beefmasters from our new Beefmaster herd which was donated to us by several generous Beefmaster Breeders.  We are always open to showing any breed, and we will exhibit for outside breeders, we have a pretty nice facility and all you have to do is pay feed cost for your animals.  We would also like for you to make a donation to the Club to help cover the costs of grooming supplies and entry fees for your animals.

Also we are in need of some grooming supplies, we could really use a Trim Chute and Fans as we have been borrowing what we have been using, and an additional blower would really make it easier when we are all out there trying to work cattle! Since we completely support ourselves we dont have a lot of money to spend, so if anyone has anything used to sale it would be greatly appreciated, and remember since we are an educational organization any donations to us are tax deductible.
We are also willing to help with show management and will teach showmanship, judging, and grooming clinics if you are having an event you would like us to be part of!
