Have any of you experienced being electrocuted by your blower switch? my hand was wet and so was the concrete. But I've done this numerous times before at shows and never been zapped. do i have a short in the ground? any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Yeah, ours started doing it this last fall. I got a lot of practice using my foot on it lol. We just replaced the plug end on it and it works normally now. We have an oooold Blow out IV for our back-up's back-up, and it periodically shocks me when I plug it in. Keeps me focused!

We had a sullivans blower do the same thing, we learn to use our foot very well also. LOL.  We ended up changing the plug and it fixed it also.

I also used my foot, and then I put my blower on a cart, and it only took me about 20 times of getting shocked before I finally put a new end on the cord
