Here is a short summary of the results.  I did not go to the sale today as I went to a Simmental sale instead but went and looked at the cattle yesterday and thought they looked really good.  The lot 26 bull was a real powerhouse.  I am sure others will be on here with more complete results later.

Yearling bulls averaged $3392
  High seller were Lots 26 & 28 at $6100
2yr old bulls averaged $4225
High seller was Lot #1 at $5500
Open heifers averaged $2460
High seller was Lot #109 at $4100

Thank you for posting full results Jamie.  I think that you were talking horses with with Gary and Sadie when I was looking at the cattle late on Wednesday afternoon.  I thought lot 11 might have brought more money than that as him and lot 12 were probably my picks of the bulls after lot 26.

Yes, thank you both for the posts!!  I agree on 11 and 12. From the photos, video and scan numbers those were my favorite 2 as well (especially 11). If we hadn't just purchased a Pioneer son for this season those would have been 2 we would have been interested in and within what we would have paid. I also thought 6 and 7 would have done a little better but maybe they weren't as good as I thought their videos showed??

We would like to thank all our buyers and bidders in our Sun Country sale. Our sale was broadcast live on Cattle in Motion and we had 39 active bidders on the internet. 15 head sold on the internet. We had several SP members bid, buy and/or attend our sale. We had a few passed bulls again but we are down to only 2 sale bulls left to sell. I kept some younger bulls to develop into 2 year old bulls for next year's sale, but there are still lots of people wanting to buy bulls, so we may end up selling them as well.
