Wishing all a great Memmorial day weekend. Hope that all take a momment to remember all those who have made our lives what they are. While working your calves or watching the races please take a pause to honor all those who gave all so that we can go out and do whatever it is on a daily bassis.

Good post. I'm going down to the Fort Wallace cemetery program this morning. Most of us don't know the sacrifices our military people have made(and their families). <hero>

Bump!

Thanks for pointing this out.  Many of our young folks think it is a day off for camping or water skiing.

All gave some. Some gave all!

(heres an email (minus the pictures) i received...if you would like to see the whole thing, pm me your email and i will forward it on to you...)

It is the VETERAN,
not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.

It is the VETERAN,
not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the VETERAN,
not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the VETERAN,
not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN,
not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is the VETERAN,
not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the VETERAN who
salutes the Flag.

It is the VETERAN
who serves under the Flag.

ETERNAL REST GRANT THEM O LORD,
AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON
THEM.

I'd be EXTREMELY proud if this email reached as many as possible.
We can be very proud of our young men and women
in the service no matter where they serve.

God
Bless them all!!!
