I left clicked on the name of the Youtube video, and then clicked on the " copy link " option. Then Iopened SP and started a new thread, and left clicked in the message part of the thread, and clicked on "paste" and it appeared !  I was not sure if it would work or not but I guess right.

I can hardly imagine how much pain you would be in if you missed one of those ramps!
