Grant's show heifer from last year "Ruby" just had a WMW bull calf this morning.  Gavin helped me take a picture and wanted me to put it on the internet.  The picture below is Ruby last July.  Ruby is a PHAF Whiskey X Northern Improvement Angus cow "Opal".

Did a search and found the 2008 calf picture thread.  Forgot I had put a calf picture of Ruby on that thread.  Amaizing how similiar they look.

Here is our 1st calf for the season, he was born 2/20 and was about 20 mins old in this picture.  He is sired by Ace of Diamonds and out of a All About You cow.

Am interested to know what type of cow worked with My Turn?

She is a half blood shorthorn out of a smaller angus cow. she her self is really tiny , clean made, maybe a little more refined in her makeup, but she's had 3 calves, all super heavy muscled. The calf is charcoal black, as expected. she's huge boned and actually looks like a female. You might be seeing her around Ohio this summer  ;D

This is the only one that has stopped for a photo op so far
She is a LHD Flawless X Baldridge Kojack PB Charolais.  Her maternal sister was Res. Gr Char at MN Beef Expo last fall.  This calf looks more cool and stouter than last years.

I will try to get some others pictured soon.  There are some SAV Pioneer's, Dark Horse's, PVF Payoff's,  GCF Mr. Amigo and DJ Solution twin heifers.  Really excited so far!
