Topline fat cover help

Hereford steer. Weighed 517 on May 18. Weighs 1090 today Dec 3. Show is Jan 6. Feed is Moormans Showtec finisher - 24 lbs. Supplements are: sure champ (about 8 oz) purina power fuel (about 4 oz a day, he does not like more) and ultra full (1 pd a day and he likes it. We have seen the difference using this in his bottomline, and flank dropped well with this)
We need fat cover on his topside now. A previous thread said to feed cooked barley. Thoughts? We have 34 days.

Add to ration or replace with? He's been a really hard finisher.

You could add it to, if he does not clean it all up then replace 2 pounds of grain with the Stabilized Rice Bran.
