I think it depends on what you want to do with the calf, and what the cow needs. How did she mature? Is she small, average, large framed? How much depth and rib shape does she have.
Like many others I really like MilkMan, bred several ChiMaine cows to him this year, and there are some awesome calves on the ground out of him. For a smaller to average framed cow that really needs some guts I like Captain Morgan, my only thought is in my opinion he needs to be used on a longer spined female. For our larger framed cows that needed to be moderated and needed some muscle mass and volume we used Smoke and Mirrors this year, but I think Texas Twister would also work very well.
There are several good Char composite bulls out there, it all really depends on what the cow needs help with. Its hard to say because you dont say how old of a heifer she is in this pic and we dont see a mature pic, but if it were me I would be trying to add some middle to her.
