What bull would you breed to??

I have a heifer out of I Am Legend I would like to AI to get a useable calf for county fair. I also have a 2nd calver out of DR Who X Angus that I want to AI to a club bull that will produce a good calf but not kill the cow.  Any suggestions would be great as I don't have any experience with club bulls.

Heifer I would breed to Northern Improvement or a good son........The cow you proably better  use Alias ,he is a smoke but is clean and also very easy calving with a very good chance of raising a champion ...

Traush has avery good Northern son-CE-there are also a number of maine deals-Smokin Joe, Mercedes Benz,a slew of Ali sons-and LAST BUT NOT LEAST-Ramblin Fever-hes just way good. Alot of ways to go on the cow-I -Open Bar -Thriller-Tiger Woods-Chore Boy-All Aboard,One And Only.One ,-and a huge bunch of carriers-Alias-is a real good choice-(clean,as mentioned) O0

The heifer's mother is out of Northern Improvement so can you still use a son?  I was looking at Old School.

I would OCC LEgend on your heifer. He would add some mass and body. Northern Improvment I really like but he is not going to give you any additional body. He makes them pretty.

On the Dr. Who cow, i would go Heat Seeker. She has enough size to handle him.
