Whats the best?

What is the best THF bull to add power and bone to a cow?  Looking to keep replacement females.  Cows are sound structured and good milkers just need more bone and muscle for me. Cows are shorthorned based but any bull that will do the job will work.

Thanks. I was thinking bout a high % Maine.  I'm at a crossroads in my herd if I want to persue purebred shorthorns or try the crossbreeding thing.  At the end of the day I want sound functional cattle with a look.  I'm not big on Charlois.  My grandpa raised some for about 4 years after selling his dairy my experience was not a good one lets just say I got my lunch ate by more than one.
