According to Imanuel Kant, if and when a person acts in a way that kills people then that person has acted in such a way that they have relinquished there rights as a part of society and should be put down. Just as a bad dog is put to sleep so should people whos moral judgements are screwed up that they would kill anyone without due reason. IE war or if someone killed someone, then killing would be morally applicable, but as in todays society it it not morally acceptable in most states.

What is really pathetic and sad is even prisoners do no like child molesters and killers, so for this slime balls protection, he will probably be in a super security with special "privelges" so he will be safe.
More tax payers money going to a wortless cause. I say save money and let the general population have a little stress relief.
And by the way, his mother should have to go into the prison general population, so the prisoners could have a bit of fun, since she allowed this to happen.
