Yearling bull sore leg

Have a yearling bull that weighs around 1700, about a month ago he put his foot through some old logs that used to be a line fence, had him trimmed no issues with the foot itself, he has no swelling but he dose seem to not want to bend it at the kuncke he wants to step on the top of his toe than role on the heel. What would be some recommendations tondo with this guy
