One of the stoutest Shorthorn bull calves I have ever seen to this day was sired by Diamond Legs 21 and that was nearly 15 years ago.

No she wasn't SRC, I don't believe the people that bought her showed any cattle last fall unfortunately. I did hear that she had a dark roan TM Gus heifer calf though. (thumbsup)

My argument is not about the use of EPD's in general or the use of EPD's as a selection tool in regards to making breeding decisions. I believe they have a high level of importance in that regard. However I also believe the data set is flawed, (speaking directly to Shorthorns in this instance)...
