I actually used him on 3 heifers and some cows and all the calves were from 70 to 80 pounds so I had good luck. Jakes proud jazz is one that seems to throw consist low birth weights.

Its for sale cause the only place else it can go is state fair or wichita. At that point all he will be worth is market price. Sorry to butt in. Good luck at selling him.

I know you cant really do alot but his neck could be a little cleaner and what I mean not so much cleaner as not so broad coming out of his shoulders. I would also agree he needs to drop about 3-4 inches in his flank. But he does look really nice steer. I hope you dont take any offence its just...

Also if they go to alot of shows and have the calves out getting use to it and fitted and clipped every weekend. Also the right feed mixture and time. Along with everything experince have they done something good before or know what to do to be up at the top end every time.

I have had a couple of calves and have seen some that are really nice for the show ring and seem to turn out pretty good as well as cows.
