We bale both Corn and Soybean stubble a lot around our area. Our main source of feeding in the winter is ground prairie hay, alfalfa, corn stubble, and bean stubble all ground together, with a little corn. The corn stalks work GREAT for bedding, we put one bale on our mounds about once a week...

She looks Great! I would probably show her in a market class, but I have seen a few donors that look like her, and throw some of the best calves at the outfits that own them. In a perfect world, you could show her in both, but make sure she doesn't get to fat.  :D

As far as the VP's go, I know there is some controversy surrounding Palin, but to me, she seems like a genuine person who can relate to the "Common Person." Biden just seems arrogant, and acts like he is better than everyone else, but that is just my take on it.  :)

It kind of depends who you talk to, I think. Some people like the short, stocky, just overall powerful heifers. I myself like them to be feminine, but still have some power to them. For Example, I like them deep, but I wouldn't buy a breeding heifer who is so short and stocky her belly is almost...
