Anybody selling Maine Anjou or Shorthorn calves

I am looking for calves that are for sale in Iowa that are Maine Anjou or Shorthorn heifer calves. I would be showing at county fairs and maybe open fairs to. I am a young showing person trying to get  a good start. i only want to know about calves that are fairly decient prices. What i mean about fairly decient prices is i would like to spend about 1,000 - 1,300. Thanks for your help.

I will keep all of you in mind this coming fall. I will also have to ask my dad first before i know anything.

I have a nice Hard Core X Iceman/Foreplay heifer. She is a nice red. Born Dec 15 2008 She is priced at 1300.

I have seen this heifer she is super sound and nice heifer for a county fair project. If we didn't have 9 heifers we would have bought her ourselves.
