maybe we can get a committee together? Anyone that likes to cook or has knowledge of putting together a cookbook or has done fundraisers, let us know.
This applies to both men & women!
Then we will be asking for recipies later. I'd love to see lots of beef ones since this is a cattle board!

How about Mountain Oysters? Who has a good recipe for them?
We just got a bucket full after working cattle today, and plan on eat'em soon. Im not a big fan , but my dad loves them.

My mom just usually breads them with crackers and fries them in a pan. How do you all do it?

I've never fixed them but the mother-in-law breaded them w/ flour.

I've never had them but the people I have seen just put them over/near the branding fire until the split.
