I think there are so many more choices. Are you going by what you have in your tank? The only one I really like for this scenario is Who but if you use him for cows it will limit some clubby bull choices later. Lots of the good bulls have Who in them and you do not want to double up Who lines. Is your cow moderate or small. Might look into the older maine lines, Habanero or Jazz comes to mind. We just used Jazz on a Meyer daughter, and have embryos by Habanero still to put in. Those angus maines were some of our best cows to cross with the clubby bulls.

I agree with that comment. The gentleman who did my embryo work had some large Habenero daugthers and used Monopoly on them. The results were outstanding. Some of his best calves were out of these matings and had some size. if you double up Who too close we have seen lots of leg issues. But as a base for Heat Seeker cross tends to click.

Good suggestions,  I would breed them to purebred maine or simmy then cross em' up with mutts.  Hard Drive, X, Wisdom, Predator or maybe a high %, clean Whiskey son would be a good place to start.  Your resulting club calves would be much more consistent in my opinion.  Good Luck!
