Breaking donkey around central / se ohio?

I was wondering if someone around the area that has a breaking donkey, that could rebreak an 1100# steer.  The steer  has been worked with, but the last month and a half he has just went nuts after being worked with and halter broke since the end of September.  I have been feeding him over 130mg of melatonin the last 2 weeks and has not helped.  Was wondering if a nose ring would help also.  The show is in the middle of July and is a carcass contest.
