Welcome to SP, I'm certain Mr. Howard would be happy to see that your first two post on the site were to promote his work.  Since you are friends with him and use his services I'm also certain that you know he is not a doctor and is not licensed to practice on animals.  In fact, he is not even certified as an animal chiropractor and therefore working illegally in the state of Texas.
