Double Dose of Prostoglandin

Is there any advantage in giving 4 cc. of Estrumate in the 7-day Cidr protocol to get hotter, more noticeable heats?  You give 4 cc with the 5-day and wondered about doing the same with the 7-day.

Have you ever noticed though that when you are flushing one that they use more?

I have noticed that The guys doing the most successful work are using a heck of a lot less fsh than the " normal" dosage.

The people I work with are a lot pickier with timing, technique, and freshness of drugs than the attitude if x is good then xxxx is 4 times better.

I'm noticing you give Multiple doses of either to account for the eggs on the ovary being not all of the exact same stage of development,  not because of more drug being more effective.

More prostaglandin is necessary in high temp situations as it is metabolized through the lungs.

pweaver wasn't talking about fsh and I think that you correct about possibly embryologist using less fsh, but he/she was asking about PG. I think that in general embryologist use more of that when flushing a cow. My embryologist uses 2 2 1/2ml doses.
