Experience with select sires artificial insemination class

Has anyone taken the AI class with Select Sires? What was your class like and would you recommend it?  I haven't heard much about their program.

It is a real good, informative class.  They do a real good job getting you ready.

Mine started with class work on Friday night and hands on Saturday and Sunday.  Very thorough and nice people

My wife and I both took the Select Sire AI class.  Very good, I would highly recommend it.

My father taught AI to thousands of Illinois area cattle producers in his 30 years of work for Select Sires

Took mine almost 40 years ago.  Cows are a little smaller today, but physiology is the same.

His was a three day school with lots of hands-in training.

I took it several years ago. I thought it was well worth the time. At the time the cost of the school was reimbursed in semen at the end of the school. Id recommend it for sure. Still have my breeding kit and semen tank I bought then.
