What's a rotobrush? What do I do with it? If so, where do I find one? ))

It is a round brush that goes in a cordless drill that is used to train hair - available at most show supply companies. RW

Roto brushes are primarily used on leg hair. They can help alot,but they can also be dangerous!!. Tails can get caught up in brush. You should use extreme caution and have someone help if using for first time.I have had calves kick the bejesus out of me when I first tried using one. You need to have your calf really gentle if possible. Like I said,if used properly they can be of help to train leg hair. You can purchase from Sullivan Supply.

how many times a week and for how long do you use it?...my plus heifer has awesome leg hair...should probably consider this for training it better...

I use it on the legs every time I blow them out.  I spray a light amount of shaving cream on their legs with the blower, not too globby, then rotobrush the hair up. works great for training and building hair.

I've used a Roto Brush for about 10 years for show day prep.  Still prefer a standard Rice Root Brush and elbow grease for daily hair work.

There are several diifferent kinds of roto brush's. They make a rice root that is thicker for show day. They also make a synthetic blend that tends to last little longer for daily hair care. Coating the leg hair with light oil helps, like final bloom. Use a cordless drill that has reverse on it. Spin the brush away working bottom to top. Does that make sense?
