Hairy Bear

Does anyone have any experience with this bull?  Local semen jockey recommended him for use on some Heatseeker X Simm, and WMW cows.  Good, bad, evil...Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

He'll throw that hair....the calves I've seen are really not too bad. ....He would be worth a shot if I had more x  bred cows.

We got a few Hairy Bear calves out of commercial Angus cows this April. He was a very easy calver from these cows. Calves were born small, but have grown well. From our cows, he did not add a lot of hair. I had hoped for a little more style, but ours are not clubby cows. We do have one bull calf that looks to have a lot of promise. I would hesitate to use him on cows that are too framey or fine boned, I don't think he will power up that kind. JMO.
