Found a heifer with a front broke leg after a storm one night. Had vet to repair it but it’s not healing straight. Would she make good freezer beef or need to put her down?

How old?  We have put casts on several small calves (120 lbs or less) and healed fine.

If it heals but is crooked and she is gaining weight she should make fine beef.  If she is going downhill and not gaining, then probably not good beef.

Agree with above. If she seems healthy, the beef should be fine. If it's a bit Crooked or she's a bit wobbly on it then I wouldn't plan on taking her to full finish weight. Tender "veal" isn't a bad option to have in the freezer.
