WHen you go to post look to your left at the bottom. See the additional options. Click on it. Browse and look for the pictures on your jump drive or disc or hard drive that you want to post. Follow instructions above on how to resize your photo for appropriate size.

saw your picture you figured it out
Size- you usually don't want anything too big. Some programs usually have size options like 800 x 500. Play with it. You willl get it.
