My grandma made me a deal my first year showing, that as long as I kept her barn clean, I could keep my show calves in it. Well Ive fixed up the barn since then, made it look really nice and fit to house calves in (and even she has said it looked nice) but yesterday, my grandpa and uncle decided to shoot rats that are trying to take over the barn, well neither my dad nor me had a problem with this, but when I went to feed this morning, my barn was completely TRASHED. My blocking chute was shoved against the door, all my hay was scattered across the barn, feed bags everywhere just about everything was out of place. And what really made me mad was that all the show calves were LOCKED OUT. They couldn't get to there feed they had for the night. I said something about it and they both refused to pick it all up. So after feeding, I had to clean the entire barn along with clean the stalls all morning. And this afternoon when I went to rinse the calves for the night, I had just put the first one in the chute, and they ran me out.
This just made me mad. Thought i'd see if anyonelse has gad this problem?
And with me only being 15 theres not much I can really do about it
