What is the relationship between Phil, Matt, Chance and Dax Lautner?

Phil is chance and matts dad. Dax is a cousin I do do believe.

Phil's boys are-Luke, Matt, and Chance.
Wayne's boys are-Chad and Travis.
Denny's son is Dax.
