Mama's boy

Anyone have any calves out of Mama's Boy yet?  I have one coming due pretty soon and cann't wait!  First "new" bull I've used in years.  Anxious to hear any results from him and see any calf pics you have!

My first due is a SimmixAngus cow she has a big blazed face and came from Eblens.  Hoping to get a really neat baldie or blaze face.  Heifer I hope but I'm not holding my breath lol.

I am also breeding a heifer to him in a few months and contacted Willie Morris to see if he had any results. He said they were coming easy (65-80 lbs) with no assists and 80% were baldies out of commerical angus cows.  He had seen some including a set of twins and said that they were really something special! I'm excited and hope your calf turns out well.

Thanks...I talked to Willie for quiet a while before I used him.  Seems like a nice guy.  That impressed me he really told me what he thought he would work on and what he wouldn't.  Let's hope my breedings work (lol)

2 questions, will he add any frame, our stout ones are all pretty small framed, and is he calving ease?

I don't have the answers to that Jill.  Willie told me he used him on a lot of first calf heifers.  I tried him on a really stout mod. framed simi angus cow.  Also used him on some Maintainer cows that nothing has clicked with.  Was hoping a shot of simi would do something with them
