She looks pretty good.  Unfortunate that she looks to have the simmental "leather" up front and more of an angus rear end, as opposed to the opposite combo; angus front, simmi butt.

By looking at your pictures of her on the profile I would suggest to start feeding her something to get her guts to expand becuase she doesnt look like she has as much belly as she did as a younger calf. I would start mixing some depth charge and free choice grass hay along with what you are currently feeding to get that belly to drop and expand a little bit.

Any breeding suggestions to try to even her out? and I'll start mixing in some depth charge.
Shes bred to grandmaster but shes getting palpated today so we'll see.
