What bulls would you guys suggest using on Manchild and Sunseeker heifers? Gimme some feedback. What do you think will work?  Both heifers stout and big boned.  Manchild heifer moderate to big framed. unseeker small to moderate framed.

on almost all heifers i recommend Dirty Hairy, we have had very good luck with him. they have all come out small but grow good and have a lot of thickness and hair.remember the first one needs to come out alive it most generally isn't going to be the number one calf of the year anyhow.

These girls already have their first calves behind them.  They had late spring calves and we're holding them over to breed for fall calves.  They had nice calves the first go around out of low bw angus, but we're ready to get after it a little.  Steer wise.

We are working them for fall this thursday.  We will bleed them then.  What clean bulls would you suggest?

have always been a dr who fan, also a bull called hired man, i have seen some really good calves out of him and sunseeker.

If you used Dr. Who, Manchild is a out of Hannibal a half brother to Dr. Who. Both Who Made Who sons. Be breeding daughter grandfather. The Sunseeker's granddaddy is also Who Made Who.

What are you breeding for, replacement females or steers? If they are stout enough I would go Simmi and try Macho on the manchild heifer or sunseeker heifer. Foundation simmi's are big thing. Or Amazon, just ask P- F or Pohlman farms how they like their Amazon calves. They are nice set.We have a Simmi out of WMWxAngus cow. We are really pleased with how it has turned out.
