it got up to at least 91 here in Ohio (Chillicothe)

and nows its just now going on 11 and Intellicast says its 80

and is suppost to be in the 90s clear up till next friday :/

We are right in the middle of watermelon harvesting and it has been over 100 temp or heat index for nearly a week. We had a show last weekend and man was that a tough deal in that kind of heat.

It was 101 @ our house in Texas.  It didn't rain here, but 15 miles up the road it did.

Don't get me wrong hot is hot, but I can do with out the humidity. I've worked up north during the summer and the temp and humidity is nothing compared to what it is around here (Houston, TX). Kansas and Oklahoma are pretty darn hot too because of the gulf stream.  At 8:19 pm it is 98°F @ my house. That is why I like winter. No matter how hot it get's you can only go down to your birthday suit and it's still hot, but if it's cold you can always put more clothes on.

I saw on the news last night that Nebraska feedlots were losing cattle to heat.      . I heard reports of 200-300 dead in 5 different feedlots.

Here in SE Missouri, it's been super hot for the past week. And before that it, I rained almost every day for about a month. It's supposed to cool down next week here though... They said it might get down to 92.
