We are located 90 miles Northeast of Denver in Brush, Colorado. All calves are sired by Bold Maneuver (Eye candy x PB Galloway). Bull was raised by Bobby Wellner, who also bred Eye Candy. He was owned Steve Welling of Utah. Calves born the last week of February through the middle of March.
The chromed up calf is out of a Godfather sired brockle face cow.
Dam of the second calf is a Connealy Dateline out of an awesome red angus cow I own.
Third guy is out of a 3/4 angus cow (Duff Outlook/All About You X PB Angus from Lee's). This cow is out of one of the most maternal females we own. Super moderate frame size. This is her third calf, so I have a hard time gauging how big he will get. His half sister is floating around as a bred and she looks great. He won't be too tall, I can guarantee that. This guy looks like a gorilla. Hes super thick, squatty and cocky.
Fourth is out a commercial simm angus cow. Hes a little too moosey to be competitive, but he'll be an easy feeding one.
They're a pretty straight forward set of calves. Haven't been on creep feed, and been baking up in the heat in Eastern Colorado. They are gonna put it on when I get them on some feed, and seeing they are all 3/8 galloway they will hair up like crazy. Any other questions? I'll try to attach another of that third calf for your viewing
delight, but he was a little prick out in the pasture so no guarantees.
