rinsing 3 times a day bad?

i am rinsing my heifer 3 times a day and putting code blue on her. is it too much?

Nope. As long as you are getting her dry everytime and she is now getting raw skinned from the combing.  <rock>

she is slicked. i only blow off her legs and belly. the rest i just brush the water out and put her in front of a fan.  O0
I hope to have a couple inches of hair in 3 months. she is a main-angus cross.
