JTM BOLT 06
Birth Date 5/8/10
BW: 105 lbs (unassisted)
Color: Red / White
Polled
Breed: Registered 50% Maine Anjou, 7/8 Shorthorn
Sire: SULL Outback (TM Dazzler 54P x K-Kim Mona Lisa 35L ET) $75,000 for half interest syndicated bull of Sullivan Farms, Iowa.
Dam: T&S Bailey (K&A Shakedown x DJ Databank cow) We own this cow, great udder, milking, big boned, thick, and good structured.
Bolt is very docile. He is big boned, thick, with a very good hip and tremendous volume of rib. His front is very clean for a bull of his thickness. He walks very well and is structurally correct.
Several known breeders have looked at him and like him a lot. One recently visited and said “he is definitely of the caliber to bring some good money”, “you can do whatever you want with this bull”. I really believe he could be marketed as an AI bull. As of right now, we are planning on calling in a professional photographer to take a picture and prepare for the Ohio Beef Expo where we will probably enter him in the Maine Anjou sale. If you are interested please give me a call or e-mail. We are asking $4,500 and retaining 25% semen interest. Other deals could be considered. The picture doesn’t really do him justice and is heavily edited to take out a couple of calves that were standing behind him. The picture was taken at only 5-6 months old.
Thanks,
JTM
