sore front end

We have a cow that is obviously sore in her front end as she spends a lot of time on her knees and doesn't travel as far as the other cows. I can't find any open wounds or foot rot or cracks. She is staying in good condition, her breathing is fine and she is only a 4 year old. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?
