Southern Alabama,Georgia,Mississippi or northern Florida shows or sales??

We will be "down south" the first week in April for spring break. Was wondering if anyone knows of any shows or sales in this area that we could attend. It would be interesting for us to see some southern cattle compared to our cattle up north.

Georgia Beef Expo is going on in that time in Perry Georgia.

Georgia club calf producers have thier annual sale April 5th in Perry at the beef expo. There are some nice cattle that come thru there.  In Bartow, Florida there is a sale March 29th but that is central Florida.  There are others that have private treaty sales, where are you going to be for spring break and I'll see if there is anyone close to where you are going to be.

We will be staying in Gulf Shores, AL. Arriving Fri. the 4th, leaving Sat. the 11th.

Diamond M is having thier annual sale on March 29th too. You can see thier cattle at showcalves.com  They are in Alabama.

Auburn University has a sale the same day as Diamond M in Al. Diamond M is first then everyone goes over to Auburn there only like 20 mins apart. Both are really good sales. Between the 2 sales they have over a 100 calves.

Another sale that is closer to where you will be is in Raymond Mississippi. One of my 4her's has gotten his cattle here for three years now and the grand and reserve in our county fair came from here as well as six class winners.
