Sun Seeker Cow

What would you breed a chromed up sun seeker/Simmental cow to. Would like to get a good maternal heifer calf. Have not tested the cow. She is very hairy and huge boned. Her off spring as been just average bodied . Have a nice northern improvement heifer out of her and a high regard Simmental heifer. She's had a broker bull calf and a thriller bull calf.
