How can a calf be "Out of" a bull?  They come out of Cows, and are sired by Bulls.

I enjoy laughing at our lingosometimes...my way of describing calves is it's a (bull's name) out of a (breed/cow/cow's sire name) cow.  Never think about it but it just always comes out like that.  What would the proper way to say such a thing?  Back on subject though, I like the broodiness of the top calf.  She has some flash but looks like she will truly shine after you're done showing and she is having babies.  The second calf is nice and stylish and I also question those back legs but overall a complete calf.  Black calf is good and solid. One of those that doesn't immediately grab my eye but she has few faults either.  A nice set overall
