We are going to be constructing a wash rack soon. What are some do's and dont's when building one? What works for you?

Multiple height tie rings, with solid tie

Textured floor

Sloped drainage well away from rack itself.

If drain hole, heavy duty

Hose on opposite wall of tie

Easy wide access for human escape

Good lighting

Secure area outside rack

Area near other cattle Pens or ties
