what is a good protein/fat content for finisher

our local feed mill has a 10/5 that they sell my concern is the protein to low? our steer is weighing in at 900 now what him finished by Feb.

That should be a good one. I mix my own feed and mine is 11.5% protein and 5+% fat.

plus add cooked corn, rice bran and a scoop of beet pulp to add belly if you need it. we add this to showtec finisher with a little corn oil from time to time depending on the steer.
