Price per foot in is an inaccurate pricing method.  Most contractors will bid each job seperately.  Your price will depend mostly on your layout (i.e. corners, braces, etc.).  The more intricate the set-up, the higher the price.

Lot 20---75 or 76K Lot 1B---65K Lot 1A---55K Several other high ones, but I dont have the catalog with me.

Not sure about everywhere else, but in Indiana the high school ag teachers probably have less responsibility (no show barns) than they do down south, but they are still some of the worst paid people per hour that I can think of.  There are good ones and bad ones, but speaking from experience...
