It does not cost anything to bid online.  You just pay the amount on the animal.  Check usually goes to whomever is settling the sale.  The seller is the only one who pays liveauctions

If you were to buy Shorthorn and Shorthorn Plus Bred Heifers what would you want them bred to?  Many of them would be Jazz influenced Females.  I would like to hear back from both purebred and Clubby people as I will breed them to anything that would bring them more value... Black, red, white...

They can get kind of leggy and flat.  Not very impressive unless you have a lot of feed....You can tell they go back to misision and rodeo drive, just not enough shape, not three dimensional.  Flash was a good bull with a ton of body but had to watch feet and udders they could go bad fast but...

Has anybody seen OCC Rear End or any of his progeny?  I have heard some good things but never seen anything out of him.

The bull section of the sale was a breeders choice sale.  Every paid member of the MN Shorthorn Assc. was allowed to vote on the bulls that they thought should be in the sale.  Everyone one got 5 picks knowing that there would only be 5 bulls on the sale.  Unfortunatley, politics once again...
