She should still work fine on that program.  If she was bull bred the lute shot will abort her and it has not been long enough for a pregnancy to affect her much at all assuming this happened in the last week or so.  Honestly, if she is cycling then I would even skip the CIDR and just lute her...

Lute would abort them if they had been bred by that bull but if they haven't cycled yet the Lute won't bring them into heat.
