would anyone happen to have the results of the Angus heifers?

At what age would you start trimming hooves on calves that will be show cattle. these calves have been on a 18% protein creep and there feet are getting pretty long. I just don't want to do it to early if it will mess them up long term.

We use a Troy Built that I bought at Lowes. It is an 8550w surge and 5500w continuous. We run 2 blowers, 2 fans, and clippers on it all of the time. In fact I bought a second one last year for a spare because the other one is nearly 10 years old.

We are going to the NJAS this weekend. Typically I tie calves in the trailer but this year I can put them in there own partitions.  Should I still tie them or leave them loose?

I have seen a lot of great insight calves and have used these two bulls  this year. We are hoping that the American Classic calves are as good as his brother's.

I have registered our first Angus calf and he came back with no EPD's. The dam is a Express heifer that has numbers and the calf is a AI calf out of First Impression. Any ideas on why the bull calf came back without EPD's?
