Thunder, What is the white bull in your avatar? He looks really impressive good luck to him. I've been meaning to ask you for a while now. Also, were you at the Spry's sale just passed?

This bull was referenced in another thread :)

Thought I would post a picture taken today of Wentworth who is on his second round of breeding 2012.  He was working in BC at Circle M before starting at Diamond.

Now that is a good Shorthorn!  Like the muscling as well as the slick coat.  In my book, this is as close to ideal as can be, hindquarter shaped like a good ham!  Obviously holds his condition well too.  Good luck with him!

Being shorthorn floks, what are your thoughts on this guy? I've been looking for some opinions... thanks!

I really like him, appears to be both long and smooth.  Would love to see a profile shot (side view)! What is his pedigree?

Pictures of Diamond Young Baron 54Y who was a year May 12 2012.  He is pictured yesterday just over 13 months.  I am pleased with him as he has been out working with 23 heifers for the past six weeks. I've also reattached his one month old picture.

Here a couple of photos of Wentworth calves taken at Circle M last winter when they were about a month old. They should have updated photos in a couple of weeks. Both these calves are out of Diamond Captain Mark 27C cows. The bull calf is out of Circle M Candy's Nugget, a full sister to Circle M Candy's Kit Kat 9K and Circle M Ghost Rider 10G.

I wish more people would post pictures of their cattle.  Having moved to an area without much livestock production I don't get to visit herds very often.  And, I get tired of seeing the same old thing in Shorthorn Country.

They say that a key to business failure is to stop selling your own product.

AJ, I liked the pics you've posted...just wish you'd post more, or maybe add some new ones to your website.

Jody I don't think anyone asked if they were for sale. With that said I like the white Candyman heifer she is pretty sweet.

In theory....if you were very clever.........show 25 photographs of heifers.......checking cattle photos........that happen to correspond with you production sale coming up in September.

Aj would love to see what your program is doing as well, as stated before you rarely post pictures or even update your website.

I will add to your comment seen above that we haven't held a production sale in years.  Ironically my self promotion has only featured many of animals that we have planned on retaining. Of course with the new promotion you came up with we have had a lot of interest brimming, especially with the poster. Also with the new found knowledge of the world owing me I will sit back and continue posting cattle that I love.  It's what I do :D That is of course when I am not working at home, the ranch, the vet clinic, riding or instructing riding lessons....

I have a video of one of the heifers I purchased last year as well as Diamond Nicola Susan's Yearling heifer. Both heifers were born April 25 2011. Both of these heifer are being posted because I like them.
