No. Is he likely to be a better producer? Maybe. Not likely. Will Wade sell enough semen on him to pay for the marketing? Probably. But I would submit that many of the people who would buy semen on him would buy Believe in Me if I Believe was not available. FOR ME, if he is a registered half Maine he could be more attractive because I need to be able to register progeny. I am not sure if his dam is a purebred or not.

But he is the consensus best one there. What of all the others? How are many of these people going to justify the expense of taking bulls that are just like what there already is to choose from? If you want the experience, the fun, I can certainly get that. It's like owning a race horse. Doubtful you'll get your investment back, but it is a lot of fun. But from a business standpoint, I don't see how it makes sense. That's all I was speaking to.

I understand.  Everybody is looking for the next thing.  A son of Monopoly, a son of Believe In Me, a son of...why wouldn't you want to try to reproduce the bull themselves or create something close that might even be better?  Why not find cows bred like Hazel and breed them all to Heat Wave and try to get another Monopoly?  But instead people breed a composite cow to Monopoly.  Or a son of Monopoly.  By doing that you're getting further away from the genetics that worked.  And I'm just using him as and example.  Saying nothing I'll of him...or the other bulls...anyone follow what I'm saying?

From the pictures here and elsewhere, I like Chain Reaction best.  Balanced, correct, complete.  Not extreme in anyway.  Is that correct?

I have been and am still posting more pictures. @TheCliffsFarm

I will be upfront, I sell Lautner semen so lots of the pictures are of their bulls. no need to bash any others, the bulls were displayed well and represented their breeders the same.

My favorite was General Lee bias aside.

Sugar Rush I would use on frailer made cows that need more power.  Johnny Football I think will breed similar to Monopoly and I Believe will be similar to Believe in Me.  That being said it's always a crapshoot and we will all find out in two or three years.

Also really liked Steamroller he was just out on Friday and not Saturday.  He didn't have the hair of some of the others but as far as natural muscle and rib shape I thought he could hang with anything.  All in a Th and Pha free package probably going to use him on some of our carriers this year.

Here are some cell phone pics of Sugar Rush from Denver...he was by far the bull with the most performance and power and grow. No he's not perfect but I have yet to ever find a perfect one because they all have a different purpose, type and kind. This bull is a cow changer and for how stout he is he is incredibly soft middled not to mention great haired and big boned. In terms of shear power this is a bull that will bring a lot of change to a cow herd.

Here is a cell phone photo of Chain Reaction on display in Denver as well as his front shot promo photo. This is very easily the best Eye Candy son I have ever seen. He was very complete super sound structured above average hair and stouter than most Eye Candy's. I can see him being a very consistent producer just based on the fact he is so complete himself

I understand.  Everybody is looking for the next thing.  A son of Monopoly, a son of Believe In Me, a son of...why wouldn't you want to try to reproduce the bull themselves or create something close that might even be better?  Why not find cows bred like Hazel and breed them all to Heat Wave and try to get another Monopoly?  But instead people breed a composite cow to Monopoly.  Or a son of Monopoly.  [size=10pt]By doing that you're getting further away from the genetics that worked[/size].  And I'm just using him as and example.  Saying nothing I'll of him...or the other bulls...anyone follow what I'm saying?
