Sounds like a good way to get trich or something else.  I'd definitely make sure the bulls were either virgins or had been tested.

Seen some pretty nice Frictions out of Heatseekers.  The cows were pretty sound though.  Can get a cripple out of the deal too though.

Don't know if this helps you in your case, but I've had some luck with taking donor cows that won't breed and putting eggs in them.  We just set them up with the normal reciept cows and put a really easy calving egg in them.  The percentage of having these cows stick is lower than the other...

Where did the calf of Vicklands come from?  Was it the brockle faced steer?

Not sure about Alias, but have used some Sunseeker.  I would use him on a really soggy, stout cow with a neat neck.  My experience is these calves will get a little plainer fronted as they get older.  I would also make sure that the cow I breed to him is not too straight.  The previous posts are...
