Trevor--Some of your thoughts may be correct, but the Canadian and U.S. dollars are virtually equal in value presently. I just checked before bidding on cattle in Canada. This does not mean I support current U.S. fiscal policy.... ;D

Obie--I would be interested in knowing what show you are referring to...I won't ask you to mention the judge's name. Hard to imagine a judge would make such a statement, especially given the current emphasis on soundness by many judges...

We have fed Finishing Touch, but it would not be my first choice of feeds if you want/need to push one really hard. As others have said, palatability can sometimes be an issue--at least with some cattle.
