Hang in there kiddo- elbow grease and cold water will get your hair back after a little clipping. All the fitters I know like to work on a calf a least twice before a show. I dont know this cat you re talking about but I m sure he would prefer to work on her more than once. Keep your daily routine you are doing the right things. Brush and rinse til you wear out your riceroot then buy a new one and start over ! A little showsheen will help your calf stay cleaner between washs. You have a pretty nice little heifer have fun wiyh her and good luck
